Ebico Living Business Energy: Prices, Tariffs & Reviews
Ebico Living is a different sort of energy supplier. Unusually for the UK energy market, Ebico is a social enterprise. That means they do not try to make a profit from their energy sales. Instead, they were founded to reduce fuel poverty for their customers. Ebico was founded in 1998 and has been active in various forms since.

A Guide To Ebico Living
Ebico Living was a not-for-profit energy supplier of both Electricity and Gas. They use their status to attempt to solve the nationwide issue of fuel poverty. In 2021 Ebico and Octopus Energy announced a new 'white-label' partnership.
Octopus now supplies energy to Ebicos customers, where they offer two new energy plans, designed for credit meter customers and for customers supplied via a prepayment meter. Both plans source electricity from 100% renewables and carry no exit fees or tie-ins.
Ebico Living Reviews
Ebico Living has an overall rating of 3.4 out of 5 stars on Trustpilot, based on around 2,000 reviews. 57% of those are 5-star reviews, whilst the other four ratings are split between 4% and 20% - an average overall experience. Very mixed comments about the constant switching of suppliers and helpful customer services.
Ebico Living Prices & Tariffs
Ebico Living has a few tariffs through Octopus Energy that are available for customers to choose between. They offer both a variable and a fixed rate tariff. A variable-rate tariff can change, depending on market forces. This means that your bills might go up. It also means they could go down. A fixed-rate tariff might be in theory more expensive but will not change.
