What Is Crown Gas & Power Cancellation Policy?
For micro business customers, there's no need for advance notice as your contract automatically ends on its scheduled date. Subsequently, you'll incur out-of-contract rates until you switch suppliers or establish a new contract with them.
Non-micro business customers, however, must provide a termination notice at least 60 days before their contract ends. Send this notice in writing via email to [email protected]. Failure to do so might lead to automatic enrollment in a new 12-month contract.
